Delivery
All items shown on our website are normally held in stock. All orders are normally despatched within 48 hours and we would anticipate delivery within 2 - 7 days, however where items are temporarily out of stock or delayed for any reason please allow up to 28 days for delivery. In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of any item we will contact you by telephone or e.mail to advise you of availability, with the option of a refund to your card of the amount of the item(s) in full including any delivery charges.

The customer e.mail which you receive after placing your order is for confirmation of your order only. We will not accept your order or despatch your goods until your payment has been processed. We may at our discretion make further security checks in relation to any order received.
Number One Gift Shop reserves the right to cancel your order at any time and for any reason which we deem appropriate.
In the unlikely event that you receive goods from us that were not as ordered, are damaged, or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We will then replace the goods or refund the amount paid for the goods including any delivery charges.
Customer Order Cancellation
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may cancel it within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Once you have contacted us to advise you wish to cancel you should return the products to us unused and in their original packaging within 30 days. We will refund the full cost of the goods within 10 days of the date of delivery.
